AKA & KDDO Collab One Last Time On New Single, “Company”

Over the past weekend, the South African hip-hop artist, Kiernan “AKA” Forbes was laid to rest in his finally resting place at Westpark Cemetery in Johannesburg.
On Friday, the 17th of February, the Forbes family released the next single taken off AKA’s forthcoming album, “Mass Country” titled, Company. The newly released single was received well by the public, obviously because of the grief but also because it sounds amazing. The afrobeat touch by KDDO and AKA’s rough auto-tuned voice on this offering is what makes the song enjoyable.
It looks like AKA’s approach to this album was to element African sounds and this is what has been heard on his previous single drops such as “Paradise” with Musa Keys and Gykie, “Prada” with Khuli Chana and “Lemons (Lemonade)” with Nasty C.
The “Mass Country” album is now scheduled to be released this Friday, the 24th of February 2023, and not the 27th of February as the late rapper announced.
