After announcing the coming of his new WASTELAND album and dropping off a new single off it called ‘PRICE OF FAME’ last week, over the weekend Brent Faiyaz finally revealed the official drop date for the highly anticipated body of work. July 8th is the date that has been set aside for the release of WASTELAND (Executive produced by Jonathan “Freeze” Wells) which will come through with 19 tracks in total including assistances from the likes of Tyler, the Creator, Jorja Smith, DJ Dahi, Drake, Alicia Keys, Mike Dean, The-Dream, No I.D., The Neptunes, and many more.
Narratively, this one might be one of those provocative experiences as some album promotional billboards find Brent openly voicing out how he would like to apologize in advance for the person he’s gonna become once this album drops…
