Costa Titch Drops “Mr Big Flexa” Album

It is new music Friday and we have a plethora of options for us to choose from and we are dedicated to bringing you the very best in youth culture in the diaspora. Costa Titch has finally released his Mr Big Flexa album and as you have probably guessed, the album sees him dive head first into the Trapiano sound he has come to popularise.

The opening 4 songs are a heavy unapologetic brand of the Amapiano sound, however, he takes a more introspoective turn on the song “TBH” featuring Boskasie. The song lies in more of an Afropop lane and serves as a brief breather before heading back into more of the same vibes we had on the opening portion of the album. Although it must be noted that the second half of the album treads far closer to a brand of Amapiano that is eerily similar to likes of an artist like Bontle Smith. The album has strong bass lines and Costa Titch’s cadence and delivery feel at home on the Amapiano based production. With a run time of 33 minutes, the 8 track album is an easy consume for fans of dance music. If you are a listener inclined to this sort of sound, then Mr Big Flexa is made for you.
