Elaine is a South African musical artist that the country was introduced to in 2019 when she released her debut EP Elements that was instantly loved by the masses. A year after its release, she released visuals for two of the hit songs from the EP ‘You’re the One’ and ‘Risky.’ In 2021 she released a single titled ‘Right Now’ and then ‘Shine’ both with their visuals. In between those releases, she was going MIA but also teasing studio sessions with artists one being Kaytranada. So it’s quite exciting seeing her tease new music which is said to be a part of the “Sad Girl SZN.”
Hopefully, it won’t just be a single and it gets followed through with an album. The new upcoming single is rumoured to be titled ‘Deja Vu’ and she teased it with what looks like the song’s visuals. If you haven’t seen the “teaser” click play below:
