Here’s PUMA’s New RS-X 3D

Last week PUMA launched their newest edition of the RS-X family, the RSX-3D. This sneaker’s futuristic-retro silhouette is said to be back with angular accents and a modern look. The disruptive design of this 3D combination is all about showcasing one’s disruptive aesthetic.

The RS traces its origins to 1984, when PUMA endeavored to create a revolutionary new technology. The PUMA RS (Running System) was the world’s first wearable sports product, and the world’s first smart shoe. The RS-X franchise is the frontier of PUMA’s FASTER slogan, represented with a renewed design expression through bold new colors, contemporary features, and high-tech accents.

The most recent design includes a rubber outsole, a lightweight PU midsole, and an upper made of closed mesh fabric with synthetic overlays. On the medial and lateral sides of the RS-X 3D, a nano-printed PUMA Formstrip is present, along with PUMA branding on the tongue and rubber heel piece.

The PUMA RS-X 3D footwear is available at PUMA.com, PUMA Retail stores, Sportscene, Side Step and Shesha at a retail price of about R2 199.
