Born Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe but known popularly as musical artist Kizz Daniel is a Nigerian singer and songwriter that has been swiftly rising to global fame with hit after hit. Kizz Daniel became best known through his two singles ‘Woju’ and ‘Yeba’ which were released in 2016 and 2017. Since then there have been a lot of changes, from cutting ties with a record label and changing his stage name from “Kiss Daniel” to “Kizz Daniel.”
As mentioned above, Kizz Daniel really knows how to make a hit, earlier this year he released a single titled ‘Buga (Lo Lo Lo)’ that became an instant hit globally with the help of Tiktok and Instagram dance challenge. Buga became Africa’s fastest-growing YouTube video with 43 million YouTube views in 46 days and was announced as the most Googled song in Nigeria in the first half of 2022.
Kizz Daniel has now released a new single titled ‘Cough (Odo)’ which is said to be the lead single off his upcoming compilation album Where We Come From (Vol. 1) by Empire. The reception of the song has been quite incredible with a dance challenge already making waves across digital platforms. ‘Cough (Odo)’ made it to four different Top 100 charts including; Nigeria, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau and Niger.
