Free The Youth is a Ghanaian collective birthed in 2013 by Jonathan Coffie, Kelly Foli, Shace Winfred Mensai and Ormano. Besides being a collective, it is an Accra-based streetwear brand that has collaborated with some of the biggest streetwear brands namely; Daily Paper, Off-White and Footlocker. Free the Youth is a cultural voice shaping the street culture in the continent and beyond.
The collective has recently announced its new sports ad campaign. The campaign was shot by Christian Saint and it features familiar faces, Emmanuel Wilberforce, Gilbert, Eugenia Aotoo and Dede. The campaign also features a variety of categories which include; Fly, Block Him, Street Twins and Essentials. It showcases Free The Youth tracksuits in various colours and oversized biker tops.
