Salehe Bembury is an American footwear designer known for his luxurious streetwear-style. He is vice president of sneakers and men’s footwear at Versace. Bembury previously designed at Yeezy Gap and Cole Haan.
Salehe Bembury has collaborated with a number of brands including Crocs, New Balance and now they are bringing us a collaborative Vault by Vans Authentic collection, the spunge.
The iconic Authentic silhouette maintains its traditional form with its canvas upper with a wavy pattern in three different colors. A pink pattern is paired with a cream base that’s also found on the second brown-patterned colorway. Lastly, a blue pattern rests is paired with a mustard yellow. Each pair looks to be accompanied by a “tie-dye” t-shirt with a matching pattern to complete this collaborative capsule.
