Snoh Aalegra Remixes Her “DO 4 LOVE” Single With Black Coffee

Snoh Aalegra hasn’t released any new music in almost two years and now she is back with a remix of her one-off cover of the late Bobby Caldwell’s “What You Won’t Do For Love” for Spotify Singles. Her cover complemented her dreamy R&B style, and now a remix by the one and only Black Coffee has given it even more of a boost.

The ballad is made more relaxed by the South African DJ and producer. Bongos and hi-hats are used initially to set the beat and introduce the cut. Not long later, keys signal Snoh’s entry as the sound bed becomes quieter. The remainder of the song plays with this effect, becoming gradually louder (but never oppressively so) as it approaches the chorus. Listen to the ‘DO 4 LOVE’ remix below:
