One thing out A$AP Rocky? He will release the most cinematic music videos and it’s no different for the ‘Shittin’ Me’ official visuals. Before we get into the video, let’s digress and talk a bit about the song because I internally screamed when I saw that this new A$AP Rocky single is featured in the new EA Need For Speed™ Unbound video game and it is the official theme song. I was the biggest fan of Need for Speed™ in my teens and that makes this particular song and the video extra special. The Need for Speed™ Unbound Official Soundtrack album also features A$AP Nast and A$AP Ferg.
The music video is decidedly conceptual, 26 seconds into the video we see A$AP draped in a racing-inspired outfit walking into a lounge area where his friends are playing Need For Speed within a blink of an eye we get transported into the video game with A$AP as the main character driving the Infamous Custom Two Tone Mercedes Benz 190 E. The video closes off with A$AP as an action figure, watch ‘Shittin’ Me’ official music video below.
