Watch How Kendrick Lamar And Tiffany & Co. Came Together To Create A Custom Crown Of Thorns

A new video showcasing how Tiffany & Co. created a detailed “Crown of Thorns” for Kendrick Lamar has surfaced online… Kendrick Lamar was recently seen wearing the crown during Louis Vuitton’s recent Spring/Summer 2023 runway show and his highly talked about Glastonbury performance.

This BTS video reveals how the “Crown of Thorns”, which is one of the most recognized religious iconographies, was created in high-polished titanium in 14 individual parts made up of 50 rose-inspired thorns… It is also said that the crown features over 8,000 cobblestone micro-pavé set diamonds (137 ct. total) that were hand-set in Northern Italy and that the final headpiece took about 10 months and over 1,300 hours of labor split between four artisans.
