A joyous body of work from the Nigerian superstar, Wizkid has finally arrived.

Dropped on Friday, the 11th of November, the Grammy award winning Afrobeats artist delivered his highly anticipated fifth studio album dubbed More Love, Less Ego (via Starboy, Sony Music International, and RCA Records), which follows his Grammy-award winning fourth album, Made in Lagos of 2020.

On More Love, Less Ego, Wizkid takes a smoother approach with his rich percussive, midtempo palette on production, layered with his pillowy vocals. This fifth offering is celebratory but also showcases a more emotionally exposed personality from Wizkid.

“I’m really trying to show how God has blessed me with this talent and what I can do with it. And I’m here on earth to take this to the highest of my abilities.”

Wizkid tells Apple Music.

On this 13-tracker offering, the “Essence” singer and biggest export from Africa enlists features from the young buzzing talents Ayra Starr, Skillibeng, Sheen sea, Naira Marley, Skepta, and Don Toliver.
